If you enrage a zombie pigman, and you log out, will it still attack you once you log in?
Asking because I just saw a zombie pigman wearing iron armor/sword, that was already hostile on me. Unfortunately I fell near him and had to take him out. Then on my way back a normal one came at me, even though others were still neutral. So I just logged.

I'm not sure how zombie pigmen aggro, but I know me and Wacky had a really hard time mending our friendship with them after they slaughtered us. I think it's based on the amount of time pasts.

I read the entire wiki page on them a few times yesterday and it basically comes down to: never. They never revert back to neutral unless they despawn. And despawning won't work when their chunks aren't loaded and mobs with armor also won't despawn, don't know if that's the same for swords. That's also the reason why that zombie pigman with iron armor was aggro from the get go, it's probably one you guys fought  Surprisingly when I killed him he dropped all of the stuff he was wearing. I shouldn't have hit the one that came after me, who knows how many are aggro now. xD It would seem the despawn restriction doesnt include the golden sword they carry. So they should all despawn when someone is in the Nether and loads their chunks, though doesn't get close to them. Guess I'll just not play for a week or so |

I've noticed that they aggro when you mine certain ores near them or accidentally hit them. Once aggro'd the easiest way I've found to get them neutral again is to just kill all the aggro'd ones. You can kill them without aggro'ing more by making sure the neutral ones aren't near. I think they have a 15 block radius. Finally, you can push them off a cliff without aggro'ing any others.

They go after you if you are the only one there, if there is other people they will go after them. You have to go 128 blocks out to get the pigman not mad at you because the despawn, but if you get the pigman mad, go back throw the portal and go back they will still be agro because it "freezes" everything that happens in that chunk. |

Surprisingly when I killed him he dropped all of the stuff he was wearing.
