Let's get this section started! Boom!

Anyways.... Is there anyone who's interested in speedrunning games? For those of you who don't know, speedrunning is when you try to reach a certain point in a videogame as fast as possible. I suppose for Minecraft, it could be reaching the credits. Or any Legend of Zelda game, a Mario game, or anything that really has an end credits scene.

The games that I do speedruns on are:
LoZ:SS (Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword)
LoZ:TP (Twilight Princess)
Final Fantasy XIII
Super Mario 64
LittleBigPlanet

Minecraft would be kind of fun, but the only problem is that there are randomly generated worlds, so you could end up with diamonds right away, iron right away, end portal right near spawn, skele spawner, and you could just get so lucky it's not even possible to make a solid strategy.

Never speedrun'd (speedran, speedilyjogged?) a video game, maybe I'll try it after I finish Borderlands 2.
I try to get the most out of games - with Bioshock Infinite, no table is left unraided, no barrel unopened.

Well, speedrunning is often done after the game has been beaten several times. I still haven't gotten FFXIII under a 13 hour time. Skyward Sword is beyond easy, LBP is as well. Super Mario 64, let's just say that is probably more frustrating than Trying to beat an enderdragon with a wooden sword and no armor or a bow.
